The chest’s surface is animated with a lush symphony of motifs rooted in centuries-old symbolism. A prominent central oval medallion, meticulously filled with intricate latticework, represents unity, protection, and eternal life—a revered concept in both Islamic and ancient Mesopotamian traditions. Flanking the medallion are two intricately detailed vases, each brimming with flowering branches, evoking the imagery of the Garden of Paradise (Jannah), fertility, and continuous renewal.

Throughout the front, small fishnet patterns, stylized floral sprays, and teardrop forms interlace with precision, demonstrating both technical mastery and a sophisticated visual language. The fishnet background (shabaka) represents interconnectedness and prosperity, while the blossoming bouquets symbolize life's fullness, joy, and new beginnings.

Bordered by rows of seed-shaped inlays, the design flows into the apron and legs, reinforcing the narrative of flourishing growth and divine blessings.
