Prato in Stripes

Fida Nehme’s “Prato” (with b/w) is a pair of perpendicular systems. The optical black and white stripes reference an urban crosswalk, while the opposing photosynthetic bands of living color feel like a happy science experiment: one in which everything grows. With its long rhythmic lines and vibrant cool colors, Prato generates a sense of sustained ecological energy.
